Their growth engine is 'The Visual Prep'—the assembly line where the customer sees every ingredient added to their bowl. This transparency built a 'Trust Moat' that McDonald's couldn't match. By focusing on a minimalist menu (Burrito, Bowl, Taco) and high-quality ingredients ('Food with Integrity'), they achieved incredible operational efficiency. Their growth is driven by 'Customization-as-a-Service', allowing them to charge premium prices for what is essentially a high-speed, individualized meal.
